Flowers
We will make our best efforts to provide the exact flowers and colours that you request in your order, however due to seasonal & availability this is not always possible. In such cases we will substitute flowers to match your order as closely as possible. images used are
Refunds
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Leanne's florist 12 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 12 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.
Ordering
Upon received of the order, we will send you an email to confirm received, if you do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been processed. Please contact Leanne’s florist by phoning 02 9772 3612 or by emailing flowers@leannesflorist.com.au
Delivery
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect leanness florist will not refund. Should you wish to send the flowers again it will be at full expense to the customer.
